Cross-training today, chose cycling again after yesterday’s swimming. Appraisals

Spent most of the day doing appraisals for my staff so nothing much to talk about today. It’s quite hard work capturing the essence of someone’s performance throughout the year but also looking for areas of improvement and then articulating this in a way that is positive, and constructive. Still got most of it done during the day. Have been making some racing plans for later on in the year and my return to triumphant form but I’ll save that for another day. Technology Trial
